Donna J. Lamison – Executive Director, NAMI Butler County PA

Donna Lamison is a dedicated mental health advocate andexperienced nonprofit leader with a strong background in healthcare and behavioral health administration. She received her education from Carlow University, where she developed the foundation for a career focused on compassionate leadership and community well-being.

Her professional experience includes serving as Interim Director of the Children’s Health Network at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, where she worked to improve pediatric healthcare services. She also held the position ofAssistant Administrator at the Hospice and Palliative Nursing Association, supporting quality end-of-life care initiatives, and served as Executive Director of the International Society for Bipolar Disorders (ISBD), promoting research and global collaboration in mental health.

As the current Executive Director of NAMI Butler County PA, Donna works in close collaboration with the volunteer Board of Directors and community partners to raise awareness about mental health, and to expand education, support programs, and services for individuals and families affected by mental illness.
